Everything you need to know about managing your Swoop subscription and keeping your car showroom-ready.
To renew your expired subscription, tap on the Inactive Vehicle you want to renew > Go to Manage Account > Choose Re-activate Subscription > Proceed to payment. Your vehicle will be reactivated to your subscription package.
To cancel your active subscription, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. You will receive your car washes for the remaining days of the subscription. Your account will not be charged for the next month.
To view the expiry date of your subscription, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed, Scroll down to the bottom > on the right side you will see the status of your subscription and its expiry date.
To view the number of remaining washes, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed, Scroll down to see the number of washes remaining for the month.
To view your car washes history, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed, Scroll down and tap on View Your Washes > You will see the list of your car washes done.
Tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Upgrade option > Choose the package. Your upgraded subscription will be effective from the next day. You will pay the pro-rata amount for the remaining days of the month.
The pro-rata amount is the charge for the remaining days of the current month.
Tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Downgrade option. Your current package will continue as is for the current month. Your downgrade will be effective from next month onwards.
If you have sold your vehicle, you will have to cancel your current subscription and the pro-rata amount will be refunded to you. You can then add your new vehicle and re-subscribe.
Open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Edit Details. Proceed to edit the color and save.
Open the options tab (top left corner) > Tap on Need Help. Write down your query and hit send. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Open the options tab (top left corner) > Tap on Billing History. You will see your past transactions history along with a filter.
Tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Special Request. Write down your request and hit Send.
Tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Reschedule Service. Choose a different available date or time slot and update.
Tap on the vehicle subscribed > Scroll down to see the upcoming service. Tap on the more option to view all upcoming and past one-time services.
