FAQs

Ans. To renew your expired subscription, Tap on the Inactive Vehicle you want to renew > Go to Manage Account > Choose Re-activate Subscription > Proceed to payment.

Your vehicle will be reactivated to your subscription package.

Ans. To cancel your active subscription, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Your car wash subscription will be cancelled but you will receive your car washes for the remaining days of the subscription. Your account will not be charged for the next month.

Ans. To view the expiry date of your subscription, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed, Scroll down to the bottom > on the right side you will see the status of your subscription and its expiry date.

Ans. To view the number of remaining washes, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed, Scroll down to see the number of washes remaining for the month.

Ans. To view your car washes history, open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed, Scroll down and tap on View Your Washes > You will see the list of your car washes done.

Ans. To upgrade from your current subscription package, simply open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Upgrade option > Choose the package you wish to upgrade to on the next screen > Your upgraded subscription will be effective from the next day.

You will be paying the pro-rata amount of the remaining days of the month for your upgraded subscription as shown on the payment screen. From next month onwards you will be charged the full amount of the upgraded subscription package.

Ans. The pro-rata amount is the charge for the remaining days of the current month.

Ans. To downgrade from your current subscription package, simply open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Downgrade option > Choose the package you wish to downgrade to on the next screen.

Your current subscription package will continue as is for the current month. Your downgrade will be effective from next month onwards.

Ans. In the case you have sold your vehicle and wish to continue your subscription you will have to cancel your current subscription and the pro-rata amount will be refunded to you. You can add your new vehicle and re-subscribe.

Ans. If you have changed the car’s color simply open the app and tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Edit Details. Proceed to edit the color of your car on the next screen and proceed ahead. Your changes will be updated on the app.

Ans. Log on to your app. Open the options tab by tapping the icon on the top left corner > Tap on Need Help. A screen will appear where you can write down your query and hit send. Our team will look into the matter and get back to you asap.

Ans. Log on to your app. Open the options tab by tapping the icon on the top left corner > Tap on Billing History. You will see your past transactions history along with a filter.

Ans. In case you have a special request for your upcoming wash or related to your vehicle, Simply tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Special Request > Write down your request and hit Send. We will receive your request and will respond accordingly.

Ans. You can reschedule your upcoming one time service. To do that tap on the vehicle subscribed > Go to Manage Account > Choose Reschedule Service > You can choose a different date or time slot available of your choice and update. We will be notified of the change and will proceed accordingly.

Ans. To view your upcoming one time services simply tap on the vehicle subscribed > Scroll down to see the upcoming service scheduled for your vehicle. To view more services tap on the more option and you can view all your upcoming and past one time services.
